Mohammad Kawsar uddin
Accreditation for local and international journalists, as well as content creators, has opened for the International Festival of Youth 2026, scheduled to be held in Russia’s Ekaterinburg from September 11-17, 2026.
According to organizers, applications will be accepted from May 5 to July 17 through the official platform: https://clck.su/FYBHW. The accreditation process includes registration followed by submission of a formal application via the same link.
Organisers said an International Media Centre will be set up at the venue, offering workspaces, press briefing zones, interview studios and logistical support, including transport and meals for accredited media.
Around 500 media representatives from across the world are expected to attend. International participants will also receive accommodation and transport support within the host city.
The festival aims to bring together 10,000 young leaders-half from Russia and half from other countries, representing sectors such as media, technology, education, entrepreneurship and public service. An additional 1,000 teenagers and 2,000 volunteers will also take part.
Held under the theme “Follow Your Dream. Together with Russia,” the event seeks to promote international dialogue and collaboration among youth.
The festival is organised by Russia’s Federal Agency for Youth Affairs and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, with the World Youth Festival Directorate serving as the operator.
