Russia to Host International Technology Congress 2025 in September

Russia will host the Second International Technology Congress (ITC-2025) from September 16 to 18 at the Patriot Exhibition and Convention Center in the Moscow Region, bringing together government officials, technology companies, researchers and industry leaders from around the world.

The congress, supported by the Government of the Russian Federation, aims to strengthen international technology partnerships and promote digital solutions for industrial and infrastructure development. The organising committee is chaired by Anton Alikhanov, Russia’s Minister of Industry and Trade, and includes representatives from leading ministries and state-owned corporations.

According to the organisers, the event will focus on building technology alliances, showcasing Russian IT solutions for large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects, and creating new business opportunities for companies from BRICS+ countries.

The three-day programme will feature discussions on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, robotics, unmanned systems, radio electronics, digital transformation, the data economy, technology transfer, AI security and international standardisation.

The congress is expected to attract policymakers, representatives of international organisations, IT vendors, industrial enterprises, researchers, financial institutions, investment firms and industry associations. Participants from sectors including manufacturing, energy, transport, telecommunications, healthcare, finance, space and security are expected to attend.

Organisers said the event will serve as a platform for strengthening international cooperation in technology and innovation while fostering partnerships between governments, businesses and research institutions.
